The vehicle was booked in with us for a correction detail before it went on a 30 day trip to Hong Kong, the new owner had seen our
work and wanted his new car treated before taking it back home, heres how it went:

So friday afternoon and this turns up:

First look its clean, closer look, its swirly and a bit flat:

Guess what the car gets picked up Tuesday morning for shipping…. thats my weekend then, and Mikes, so lets get cracking:

The paint work was then clayed

So with all the “wet work” done, its dried off and taken in to the workshop, Mike had to remove the UK plates and I took some
Paint thickness readings and taped off any trim:

We then tested some pad and polish combos before settling on Menz Ip 3.02 on a megs polishing pad, further finished down with
3M Ultrafian and a 3M finishing pad:

Once the paintwork was all corrected and finished we applied the first of 3 coats of wax:

All gaps and edges cleaned and dusted:
