We are proud to announce the launch of 4 new products to the range, the new products see us venture in to new realms, vehicle interiors. The new additions consist of a dedicated interior APC (all purpose cleaner) gentle enough for modern interior finishes yet powerful enough to deal with all cleaning tasks. A dedicated interior anti static detailer, designed to protect interior finishes from UV damage without effecting the surface for a natural finish, and finally our two new leather care products, a cleanser/cleaner and protection condition.

So now you can detail your whole car inside and out with Auto Finesse.

Is Lather safe on wax?

When we first set about creating our shampoo Lather, we had a few goals in mind but first and formost we wanted a straight up PH neutral cleaner that would not affect or deteriorate existing paint protection, i.e. wax or sealant layers. The shampoo was to be a “detailers” shampoo, no added wax or gloss enhancers that clog up and dull a good wax finish, after all who wants to put cheap glossers over the top of a high grade Carnuba wax finish? No one. Then we set about making it a high concentrate with a dilution ratio in the 1000:1 part shampoo. Its a heavy hitter, but the question arrose “at such a concentration if not diluted enough will it not strip wax?” so we made this short video demonstration to show you could pour it neat on to a waxed surface and it still wont remove or affect your wax. Mercury Metal Polish

Here it is, the first of many new products to come from us here at Auto Finesse in 2012, a good honest metal polish, after all its what you need right?

Nothing finishes a car off better than a good clean tail pipe, a job no one likes, but everyone likes to see the finished results of, this metal cleaning paste will take care of heavy carbon deposits with ease without damaging the surface, its also effective on weathered brushed aluminium like that found on the window surrounds of many modern cars, and bare metal polished rims.

Auto Finesse at Autosports International

We will be kicking 2012 off by attending the Auto Sports international show at the NEC in Birmingham. This is actually our 3rd year here now being the official on site detailers for the show since 2009, but its our first year actually exhibiting at the show. We will have the full current range on display as well as giving you the first glimpse of some new additions for the 2012 line up, so we welcome all our current and future customers to come see us at stand No: 19672 between the 12th and the 15th of January.

The AutoSports / Pistonheads show is one we all look forward to here at Auto Finesse, is by far one of the largest motoring events in the UK, and given its an indoor event the “great british weather” never spoils it (well not until the walk back to the car parks anyway). The show always offers a great mix of companies, both big and small, mainstream to very specialist. So if you are at a lose end on any of the days through the 12-15th Jan, its well worth having a stroll around the show.

Update

The show was a great success for us here at Auto Finesse, giving us the chance to put our products and brand in front of an audience of car enthusiasts, the live product demos went well and giving people the chance to try the products for themselves was a great help.

We have launched our first ever Limited Edition wax and there’s no other way to do so than make it super rare, with just 20 pots of Desire being produced for the world it really is Limited, this wax is a no expense spared product using both natural and synthetic, making it the first “hybrid” in the range.
