What are your opening times?
We are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, however sometimes later if we are busy or detailing a car. Phones are maned 9-5 Mon-Fri also.
Where can I buy Auto Finesse Products?
Auto finesse products are available in over 7 countries all over the world, and via a network on online resellers, visit the distributors page under “about us” to find your local agent.
Can I just pop in?
Sure why not, if you want to drop in to buy products or to talk about having your vehicle detailed its no problem, but just to make sure someone is here to help you, please call ahead first.
How do I book my car in for a detailing treatment?
Its easy, just call or email us with details of your vehicle and your requirements and we will tailor a package to suit you your at a time convenient with your schedule.
Are you insured?
Yes we have extensive cover, for vehicles in our care and custody, as well as items worked upon and also road risks should you need us to collect or deliver your vehicle.
Do you offer a mobile service?
No, we don’t currently offer a mobile service for the simple reason, we can’t possibly work to the standards we set our selfs in a cold garage or on someone’s driveway.
How do you accept payment?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, over the phone or online via our Sage secure gateway, cash and cheque is also accepted.
